HyrHusvagnen.se ("the Service") is operated by Dalboviken Holding AB, org.nr 559582-8152, Luleå, Sweden. The Service enables caravan rental bookings and uses social media integrations (Instagram, TikTok) to share content about our offerings.
2. Use of the service
By using this website you agree to these terms. The Service is intended for individuals looking to rent a caravan in northern Sweden. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
3. Social media integrations
This Service integrates with Instagram and TikTok to publish content about our caravan rental business. We use the TikTok API and Instagram Graph API solely to:
- Publish promotional videos and images to our business accounts
- Access analytics about our own published content (views, reach, engagement)
We do not collect, store, or share any data from other TikTok or Instagram users. We do not access user accounts other than our own business accounts.
4. Data and privacy
Information you provide when making a booking (name, email, phone number) is processed according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Rental terms
Caravan rental bookings are subject to our full Hyresvillkor (rental terms), including payment terms, cancellation policy, damage liability, and deposit rules.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental booking in question.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by Luleå district court as the court of first instance.
